What you’ll need
- An active Tienda Nube store
- Admin access to your Tienda Nube account
- Admin access to your Waspy workspace
Steps
Open Integrations settings
Sign in to Waspy, click Settings in the sidebar, then select Integrations.
Click Connect next to Tienda Nube
Find the Tienda Nube integration card and click Connect. Waspy will redirect you to the Tienda Nube authorization page.
Sign in to Tienda Nube
If prompted, sign in to your Tienda Nube account using your store credentials.
Authorize Waspy
Tienda Nube will ask you to grant Waspy access to your store data. Review the requested permissions and click Authorize. The permissions Waspy requests are:
- Read customer data (name, email, phone number)
- Read order data (order history, order details, status)
- Read product data (for order line items)
Waspy only reads your store data to display it in conversations. It does not modify orders, products, or customer records.
Verifying the integration
To confirm the integration is working:- Open a conversation from a customer whose phone number matches a Tienda Nube account
- Look for the Customer info panel on the right side of the conversation
- You should see their order history and current cart listed there
Disconnecting the integration
To remove the Tienda Nube integration:- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click the menu next to the Tienda Nube connection
- Select Disconnect
