Waspy gets your team up and running on a shared WhatsApp inbox in just a few steps. This guide walks you through creating an account, connecting your WhatsApp Business number, inviting your team, and integrating your Tienda Nube store.

Create your Waspy account

Go to waspytech.com/register and sign up. You can register with:
  • Google — click “Create account con Google” for one-click signup
  • Email and password — enter your email and choose a password
After signing up, you’ll land in your Waspy workspace dashboard.

Connect your WhatsApp Business number

From your dashboard, navigate to Settings > WhatsApp Connection. You’ll need:
  • A WhatsApp Business account
  • Access to your Meta Business Manager
Follow the on-screen prompts to authorize Waspy to use your WhatsApp Business number via the official Meta API. See Connecting WhatsApp for detailed instructions.
Waspy uses the official WhatsApp Business API. Personal WhatsApp numbers cannot be connected.

Invite your team

Go to Settings > Team and enter the email addresses of your support agents. Each invited member receives an email with a link to join your workspace.You can assign roles to control what each team member can access. See Inviting Your Team for role details.

Integrate your Tienda Nube store

Connect your Tienda Nube store so your team can see order details directly inside customer conversations. Go to Settings > Integrations > Tienda Nube and click Connect.You’ll be redirected to Tienda Nube to authorize the connection. Once connected, order data appears automatically in every conversation with a customer who has placed an order. See Tienda Nube Setup.
