What data Waspy collects

Waspy collects and processes data necessary to provide its service:
  • Account data — your name, email address, and authentication information when you register
  • WhatsApp message data — conversation content routed through the WhatsApp Business API
  • Tienda Nube data — customer orders, order details, and customer contact information from your connected Tienda Nube store (read-only)
  • Usage data — information about how you use the Waspy platform, such as login events and feature interactions

How Waspy uses your data

Waspy uses your data to:
  • Deliver the shared inbox service and route WhatsApp messages to your workspace
  • Display Tienda Nube order context within conversations
  • Maintain your account and workspace settings
  • Improve the product and troubleshoot issues
Waspy does not sell your data to third parties.

Waspy stores your data securely using industry-standard encryption. Message data is processed through Meta’s WhatsApp Business API and stored in Waspy’s infrastructure to power the inbox experience.
