Your Waspy account is the hub for your team’s WhatsApp inbox. This page covers how to create an account, sign in, manage your workspace settings, and recover access if needed.

Creating an account

Visit waspytech.com/register to create your account. Waspy offers two registration options:
  • Google — click Create account con Google to sign up instantly using your Google account. No additional password required.
  • Email and password — enter your email address and choose a secure password.
After registering, you’ll be taken directly to your workspace dashboard where you can begin setting up your inbox.

Signing in

Go to waspytech.com/login to sign in. Use the same method you used when registering:
  • Google — click Continuar con Google
  • Tienda Nube — click Continuar con Tienda Nube to sign in using your Tienda Nube store credentials
  • Email and password — enter your credentials and click Ingresar
If your business already uses Tienda Nube, signing in with Tienda Nube is the easiest way to keep your accounts linked.

Recovering your password

If you registered with email and password and forgot your password, click ¿Olvidaste tu contraseña? on the login page. You’ll receive a password reset email with instructions.
Password recovery is only available for email/password accounts. If you signed up with Google or Tienda Nube, sign in using that same provider.

Workspace settings

After signing in, access your workspace settings from the dashboard. Here you can:
  • Update your profile — change your display name and contact information
  • Manage your team — invite agents and assign roles
  • Configure integrations — connect WhatsApp and Tienda Nube
  • Billing and plan — view your current plan and usage
