Waspy is built for teams. You can invite multiple agents to your workspace, assign them roles based on their responsibilities, and manage their access at any time from your workspace settings.

Agent roles

Waspy uses two roles to control what team members can do:

AdminFull access to inbox, settings, integrations, and team management. Can invite and remove agents.
AgentCan view and respond to conversations in the shared inbox. Cannot access workspace settings or manage other team members.
The first person to create a workspace is automatically assigned the Admin role.

Inviting team members

Open team settings

From your dashboard, click Settings, then navigate to Team.

Enter the agent's email

Type the email address of the person you want to invite and select their role (Admin or Agent).

Send the invitation

Click Invite. The invited person receives an email with a link to create their Waspy account and join your workspace.
Invited agents must use the email address the invitation was sent to when creating their account.

Removing team members

To remove an agent from your workspace, go to Settings > Team, find the agent in the list, and click Remove. Their access is revoked immediately and they can no longer view or respond to conversations.

Managing agent workload

Use conversation assignment to distribute work across your team. Admins and agents can assign any open conversation to themselves or another agent. Assigned conversations appear in the assignee’s Assigned to me filter for easy tracking.
