Agent roles
Waspy uses two roles to control what team members can do:| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to inbox, settings, integrations, and team management. Can invite and remove agents. |
| Agent | Can view and respond to conversations in the shared inbox. Cannot access workspace settings or manage other team members. |
Inviting team members
Enter the agent's email
Type the email address of the person you want to invite and select their role (Admin or Agent).
Invited agents must use the email address the invitation was sent to when creating their account.
Removing team members
To remove an agent from your workspace, go to Settings > Team, find the agent in the list, and click Remove. Their access is revoked immediately and they can no longer view or respond to conversations.Managing agent workload
Use conversation assignment to distribute work across your team. Admins and agents can assign any open conversation to themselves or another agent. Assigned conversations appear in the assignee’s Assigned to me filter for easy tracking.Next steps
