Waspy respects your right to control your data. If you want to delete your account or request removal of your personal data from Waspy’s systems, this page explains how.

Deleting your own account

To delete your Waspy account:
1

Sign in to Waspy

Go to waspytech.com/login and sign in.
2

Open account settings

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account Settings.
3

Request account deletion

Scroll to the bottom of your account settings and click Delete account. Confirm the action when prompted.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your conversation history, workspace data, and account information will be removed from Waspy’s systems.

What happens when you delete your account

When your account is deleted:
  • Your Waspy account and profile are permanently removed
  • If you are the only Admin of a workspace, the entire workspace and its conversation history are deleted
  • If other team members are in your workspace, ownership can be transferred before deletion
  • Your Tienda Nube and WhatsApp integrations are disconnected

Deleting workspace data (Admins only)

Workspace admins can delete the entire workspace, including all conversations and team member data:
  1. Go to Settings > Workspace
  2. Scroll to Danger zone
  3. Click Delete workspace and confirm
This action is irreversible and immediately removes all workspace data.

Requesting data removal

If you want to request removal of specific personal data that Waspy holds about you — including data associated with accounts you no longer have access to — you can submit a data deletion request by visiting waspytech.com/eliminacion-datos or by contacting Waspy support from your account dashboard. Waspy will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Facebook/Meta data deletion

If you used Facebook or Google to sign in to Waspy and want to revoke that connection, you can do so from your Facebook or Google account settings in addition to requesting data deletion through Waspy.
For information about how Waspy handles your data, see the Privacy Policy.
