Your Waspy account

When you create a Waspy account, you are responsible for:
  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring that team members you invite comply with these terms

WhatsApp Business API compliance

Waspy provides access to the WhatsApp Business API through Meta. As a Waspy customer, you are responsible for using the API in accordance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. This includes:
  • Only messaging customers who have opted in to receive WhatsApp communications from your business
  • Not using Waspy to send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
  • Complying with applicable messaging laws in your country
Violations of Meta’s terms may result in your WhatsApp number being restricted or banned by Meta.

Acceptable use

You may use Waspy only for lawful business purposes. You may not use Waspy to:
  • Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Harass, abuse, or harm individuals
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

Service availability

Waspy strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance when possible. Waspy is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services such as Meta’s WhatsApp platform or Tienda Nube.

Changes to the service

Waspy may update features, pricing, or terms with notice to customers. Continued use of Waspy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
