What the integration shows

When a customer sends you a WhatsApp message, Waspy automatically matches them to their Tienda Nube account (based on their phone number) and displays:
  • Recent orders — order number, status, items, and total
  • Order details — shipping address, payment method, and fulfillment status
  • Customer history — previous purchases and lifetime value
  • Current cart — items in their active cart, if any
This context helps your team resolve questions about orders, shipping, and returns faster — without asking customers to repeat information they’ve already provided.

Using order context in conversations

Once connected, order information appears in a sidebar panel when you open any conversation with a recognized Tienda Nube customer. You can:
  • Click on an order to expand its full details
  • Copy order numbers or tracking links to paste into your reply
  • See the customer’s full purchase history to personalize your response
If a customer’s phone number isn’t matched to a Tienda Nube account, you can manually search for their order from the conversation panel using their name or email.
