What the integration shows
When a customer sends you a WhatsApp message, Waspy automatically matches them to their Tienda Nube account (based on their phone number) and displays:- Recent orders — order number, status, items, and total
- Order details — shipping address, payment method, and fulfillment status
- Customer history — previous purchases and lifetime value
- Current cart — items in their active cart, if any
