Understanding roles
Before inviting team members, decide which role each person should have:| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Manage workspace settings, integrations, billing, and team members. Full inbox access. |
| Agent | View and respond to conversations in the shared inbox. No access to settings. |
Inviting agents
Enter their email and role
Type the agent’s email address and select their role — Admin or Agent — from the dropdown.
Invitations expire after 48 hours. If an agent doesn’t accept in time, resend the invitation from the Team settings page.
What the invitee sees
The invited agent receives an email from Waspy with a Join workspace link. Clicking it takes them to a page where they can:- Create a new Waspy account (if they don’t have one)
- Sign in with an existing account
Managing existing team members
From Settings > Team you can:- Change a member’s role — click the role badge next to their name to promote or demote them
- Remove a member — click the menu next to their name and select Remove from workspace
